The pool can be heated for an additional 700 pesos ($35 USD) per day. This helps keep our rental rates as affordable as possible.
Other Details to Note
Please note that while the condo can accommodate up to 6 people, there are only beds for 4 people (1 king bed and 2 twin beds). We can provide an additional portable mattress on request. ***As you can see in the pictures, this unit has not been updated since it was built in the 1980's and the rental price reflects this. We rent the unit on behalf of the owner for the few days each month that he isn't there, so you may come across some of his old books and magazines, neatly organized and put away. We do a thorough cleaning after every guest and our on-site cleaning staff is on hand to address any areas of concern during your stay.
